Build a scarecrow and we will display it at the library. All participating scarecrows are due by Monday, October 26 at 11 am. The scarecrows will be judged throughout the week and winners will be announced on Halloween, Saturday, October 31. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
