Summer Moms Group: Ann Arbor Baby Beginnings.

Like like our original in-person moms group, but in a hybrid online/in person meeting format. Six weeks of ZOOM meetings on Monday mornings from 10:30-noon with optional park meetups on Thursday July 23rd, Thursday August 13th, and Thursday August 27th from 10-11am .This six week moms group is designed to help connect you with a core group of new moms and build your village. We'll also have a closed email group so you can connect and ask questions between meetings.
The Moms Group meetings are facilitated by a childbirth educator and social worker with years of experience working with new moms. Each week we'll cover a different discussion topic chosen by the group (topics include feeding, sleeping, relationships, postpartum recovery, and much more).

Hello and welcome to our end of summer, virtual escape room. Summer was a blast, but you are stuck at camp. You must be alert and use your wits to solve the brain teasers and get home. This escape room is intended for tweens and teens.

Slow Flow Yoga: Mota Thai Yoga.

This yoga class will help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than a typical Vinyasa yoga class. When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and take your belongings to your yoga space. You will be checked in at the door. Your first class is free!

Listen to live '50s-themed entertainment from the Memphis Thrillbillies, watch a movie under the stars and enjoy dinner delivered right to you - all from the safety of your car. Don't forget your poodle skirt or bomber jacket, and car lovers are invited to cruise on down in their classic ride. Proceeds raised will support those served by Samaritas, one of Michigan's largest faith-based, nonprofit health and human services agencies.
