"ONLINE Donation Morning Yoga": Mota Thai Yoga.

This class is a great way to begin your day. Morning Yoga combines breathing, stretches, and slow flow. All ONLINE classes are donation-based as we would like everyone to be able to access them. Our donation options are between $0-20 per class.
(When open, the studio is located on Huron Street, across from the YMCA. Mota Thai Yoga shares a parking lot with several businesses including the Yellow Barn. You can park in the parking lot in front of the studio. Look for blue door #22 with a red buddha on it.

This yoga class will help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than a typical Vinyasa yoga class.

The daughter of classical musicians Eugenia and Pinchas Zukerman, Natalia Zukerman found her own style when she took up slide guitar. Her music combines folk, jazz, and blues, and she's a fine original songwriter and also quite a painter-perhaps the online format will let her display this.
