This class is a great way to begin your day. Morning Yoga combines breathing, stretches, and slow flow. All ONLINE classes are donation-based as we would like everyone to be able to access them. Our donation options are between $0-20 per class.
(When open, the studio is located on Huron Street, across from the YMCA. Mota Thai Yoga shares a parking lot with several businesses including the Yellow Barn. You can park in the parking lot in front of the studio. Look for blue door #22 with a red buddha on it.

The basis for experiencing happiness and suffering lies in our own mind. Ironically, being solely concerned with one's own happiness actually leads to dissatisfaction and many other forms of mental pain and discomfort. The Seven Point Mind training offers methods to transition from a habitual perspective of self-centeredness to one that cherishes others more than oneself. Demo Rinpoche will guide through a weekend retreat on the practice.

World-renowned Broadway musical set designer Tony Walton directs this local professional theater company, joined by veteran Broadway actress Jessica Grové, in the popular Frank Loesser musical based on Damon Runyon's stories and characters. Set in New York City in the 1930s, the action focuses on 2 contrasting romances. The lively score includes such classics as "Luck Be a Lady," "Adelaide's Lament," "If I Were a Bell," and "Sit Down, You're Rocking the Boat." Cast: David Moan, Emily Hadick, and Matthew Brennan.
