Online HIIT Yoga: Mota Thai Yoga.

This ONLINE Yoga class is taught through Zoom. Register at
Register AT LEAST 15 min before class starts. Make sure your email address is correct when you register, as we will be emailing you the login information at least 15 min before class starts. Our donation options are between $0-20 per class.
Incorporate strength and cardio training into your yoga practice with HIIT Yoga. This class is structured with a 15 minute warm up, 30 minutes of high intensity postures and flow, and 15 min of cool down. Expect a faster pace and lots of repetitive movements to target both large muscle groups and smaller, stabilizer muscles. Modifications will be demonstrated throughout the practice to make this class accessible to all levels. Strength training is crucial for maintaining and enhancing a healthy bone structure. Increasing the heart rate strengthens the heart and promotes efficient circulation.
