Incorporate strength and cardio training into your yoga practice with HIIT Yoga. This class is structured with a 15 minute warm up, 30 minutes of high intensity postures and flow, and 15 min of cool down. Expect a faster pace and lots of repetitive movements to target both large muscle groups and smaller, stabilizer muscles. Modifications will be demonstrated throughout the practice to make this class accessible to all levels. Strength training is crucial for maintaining and enhancing a healthy bone structure. Increasing the heart rate strengthens the heart and promotes efficient circulation.

This class focuses on breath work to clean and cleanse the lungs. It also blends techniques of Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha, alternating between holding and flowing through postures. Holding postures will allow the muscles to relax, and the deep connective tissue to be gently stretched, while flowing from one posture to the next will help to increase strength and balance. This class will help to tone muscles and increase flexibility, reduce stress, keep joints and bones healthy, and will create an overall improvement in one's mental and physical health.
