"ONLINE Donation Morning Yoga": Mota Thai Yoga.

This class is a great way to begin your day. Morning Yoga combines breathing, stretches, and slow flow. All ONLINE classes are donation-based as we would like everyone to be able to access them. Our donation options are between $0-20 per class.
(When open, the studio is located on Huron Street, across from the YMCA. Mota Thai Yoga shares a parking lot with several businesses including the Yellow Barn. You can park in the parking lot in front of the studio. Look for blue door #22 with a red buddha on it.

This yoga class will help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than a typical Vinyasa yoga class.

Set in New York City in the 1930s, the action focuses on 2 contrasting romances. The lively score includes such classics as "Luck Be a Lady," "Adelaide's Lament," "If I Were a Bell," and "Sit Down, You're Rocking the Boat." Cast: David Moan, Emily Hadick, and Matthew Brennan.
