This ONLINE Yoga class is taught through Zoom. Register at https:
Please register AT LEAST 15 minutes before class starts. Make sure your email address is correct when you register, as we will be emailing you the login information. You will receive this information at least 15 minutes before class begins. Our donation options are between $0-20 per class.
This class focuses on breath work to clean and cleanse the lungs. It also blends techniques of Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha, alternating between holding and flowing through postures. Holding postures will allow the muscles to relax, and the deep connective tissue to be gently stretched, while flowing from one posture to the next will help to increase strength and balance. This class will help to tone muscles and increase flexibility, reduce stress, keep joints and bones healthy, and will create an overall improvement in one's mental and physical health.

After ten questions, the team or person with the most correct answer wins. (For people who have internet connectivity issues, I am going to try to make one team composed only of participants on a telephone party line.) If you have your own team, fine! Otherwise we will assign you to a team of other nice people who are looking for something fun to do here in quarantine. Click here at 7 pm on May 5 to participate: https:

Drinking sacred cacao in ceremony is considered spiritual medicine by many indigenous cultures around the world. As we sit together in a small group and consume this sacred beverage, practice mindfulness, participate in guided meditation with intention in a backdrop of sacred sound, our soul is nourished, our heart opens and we experience greater spaciousness. It is a time for deep reflection and connection. The sacred cacao is prepared with intention, prayer and love.
Group size limited to 10 participants. Pre-registration required.
Please arrive 10 minutes early, and bring a meditation cushion an optional shawl/blanket. Fast 3 hours prior and arrive hydrated. Class is upstairs.
