Growing Hope has announced the return of their annual dinner series fundraiser, Chefs in the Garden, to take place on September 16, September 30, and October 14, 2018. Chefs in the Garden supports the Ypsilanti Farmers Markets and other important community programs. Event held at the Growing Hope Urban Farm at 922 W. Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Each evening is its own unique experience, crafted from beginning to end by each guest chef's talents and tastes. The evening begins with a strolling appetizer and cocktail hour accompanied by live music, followed by a meal served in Growing Hope's hoophouse, and ends with a dazzling dessert.

Tickets are $75, sponsorship opportunities available at several levels. Suggested guest count - 100, with 5 chefs, and at least 10 local food businesses donating food and drinks. This event will attract a veritable Who's Who of the region, including individuals devoted to local food and supporting small businesses. October's dinner features celebrated local Chef Brandon Johns of Grange Kitchen & Bar. This team has wowed attendees for the last several years, and their return is eagerly anticipated! Sweet Heather Anne will be capping off the evening with her masterful sweet treats. (Menu TBD) Guests will also enjoy a selection of beer and wine donated by Cultivate Coffee and Taphouse.

Enjoy a fantastic evening of great culinary artisanship and enjoy knowing that you were part of increasing food access and economic opportunities for Southeastern Michigan.
