From Supper Club to Cocktail Lounge
More drinks, less food at the Graduate hotel.
From the June, 2018 issue
The Allen Rumsey Supper Club, the Graduate hotel's restaurant and bar, has received a minor makeover to become the Allen Rumsey Cocktail Lounge. The menu now features an expanded selection of cocktails, beers, and wines, and a truncated food menu. The dining room has added pool tables and board games, but guests looking for a meal needn't worry: alongside sides like onion rings, the mid-twentieth-century-themed establishment still serves burgers, steak sandwiches, clam chowder, salads, appetizers, and even the quintessential millennial dish: avocado toast.
