U-M Health System

U-M social workers run support and education groups for inpatients and outpatients, and their family members. Various groups for specific medical conditions, including heart transplant, ALS, amputation, cystic fibrosis, pediatric cranial facial, HIV/AIDS, kidney transplant and dialysis, lung transplant, neonatal intensive care, and rheumatology.
