Quit tobacco support group for older adults - June 25, 2013
This is a free support group led by MHealthy Tobacco Consultation Service and open to any adult over age 50 who has quit or is thinking about quitting tobacco. The group meets from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. on June 25 at the Turner Senior Resource Center, 2401 Plymouth Rd, Suite C, in Ann Arbor. Sessions are informal and based on participant interests and concerns. HARC will be recognizing National HIV Testing Day with an HIV Testing Tour at three locations throughout the day in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. With support from the Michigan Department of Public Health and Alere, HARC will be on-site with their mobile outreach vehicle to offer free and confidential HIV testing, counseling and education about current treatment and prevention options. With the use of rapid testing, results will be available within 20 minutes of testing!

Free HIV testing is available at S3 Safe Sex Store every Thursday until 8:30 p.m.
Testing is performed by HARC staff.
Walk-ins welcome, or call to schedule an appointment. Test takes approximately 20 minutes.
