Monroe-bred, L.A.-based alternative rock trio that recently released its debut EP, Out of the Woodshed. Opening acts are Jack & the Bear, a Monroe folk-rock septet, and Jesse Carlson, a Toledo alt-country singer-songwriter who recently released he CD American Brass.

Jazz standards and New Ethiopian jazz by this local pianist and saxophonist.
Chelsea Alehouse Brewery: Los Dingos Del Norte
Chelsea rockabilly and roots rock band.
Crazy Wisdom Tea Room: David Nefesh
Veteran folk-rock singer-songwriter from Royal Oak, an 8-time Detroit Music Award nominee.
Elks Lodge: Malena Quartet
Modern and Latin jazz originals by this local ensemble led by saxophonist Maria Navedo, a recent MSU grad.
Habitat Lounge: Dan Dahsoulman & Jake Lives Band
Local septet fronted by vocalist Dan "Dahsoulman" Carter that plays a mix of R&B, soul, and blues.

Intense, low-down blues and blues-rock by this veteran local quartet.
Rush Street: Legendary Wings
Local jazz quintet that focuses on dynamic, challenging, and less commonly heard music from the modern jazz repertoire interspersed with free improvisation. The usual lineup features saxophonists Dan Bennett and Tim Haldeman, Fender Rhodes electric pianist Matt Endahl, bassist Jordan Schug, and drummer Nick Collins.
Silvio's Organic Pizza: Michael Joseph
This local singer-guitarist performs an eclectic array of covers from Badfinger to the Cowboy Junkies and Smashing Pumpkins, along with a few originals.
World of Beer: Painted White
Detroit acoustic duo of singer Holly Schiavulli and guitarist Garret Schmittling whose repertoire includes classic funk, pop dance hits, classic and modern rock, and even a few country songs.
Yellow Barn: "Musical Sea Creature Costume Concert Party"
With the local jazz ensemble Tim Flood Quartet, the local experimental electronica band Storm Ross, the Ypsilanti ambient band Orphanage, the Kalamazoo guitar-based free jazz band Forget the Times, the Chicago band A.M. Stations, and the Ypsilanti bass 'n' drum duo Super Thing. All invited to dress as an undersea creature. 6 p.m. until late.
