Blind Pig: Joe Pug
Highly regarded young Chicago-based folk-rock singer-songwriter whose music draws on a variety of influences from John Prine to the late alt-country songwriter Walter Hyatt and whose best songs manage to blend Springsteen's conversational, musing Everyman with Dylan's gnomic parables. Opening act is David Ramirez, an Austin-based folk-rock singer-songwriter. Advance tickets: 12 ($14 at the door).
