Bubbles, bubbles, and more bubbles! It is time to start thinking about bubbles--or if you are like me--you always do. I don't see a reason why we cannot enjoy the pleasure of sparkling wines on a regular basis, but the truth is than in this culture of ours these wines are mostly saved for special occasions and holidays. It has been scientifically proven that sparkling wines make you happier faster than still wine, and for these family times approaching us, one needs that type of merriment. I want to bring five different examples of dry sparklers from all over the map, with some good values mixed in with the real deal--Champagne (do not expect any sweet sparklers this time). More and more sparklers have been invading the US because their popularity is soaring and I am lucky enough to get to taste plenty samples once in a while. Come explore the world of bubbles with me!
