This class is a combination of Yin and Vinyasa Yoga. Some postures are held for longer periods of time than a typical yoga class. This allows the muscles to relax, and the deep connective tissues to be gently stretched. In between these postures, movement and flowing between postures will be done to create internal heat. Appropriate for all levels. This class is heated between 80-90 degrees.
