This is for an advanced beginner yoga practitioner in that no detailed instruction is offered. Originally choreographed by Barb Linderman - founder of Inward Bound Yoga - and lead by Robbi Duda RN. Ages 12 and over welcomed (Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21+). A changing area, storage cubbies and a limited number of mats are available for your use.
