AcroYoga Jam: AcroYoga Ann Arbor.

All skill levels welcome. Learn some basics plus good spotting techniques. Work on more advanced asanas, or bust out your new routine! Come with a partner or match up with a partner there.
Bring a Yoga mat if you have one. As with any physical activity or Yoga class, don't eat for at least two hours beforehand.
Suggested donation: $10.00/per person at the door.
Look for the yellow donation can :-)
Be prepared to laugh and have fun.
These jams are fun and informal and not meant to take the place of formal AcroYoga classes now available in Ann Arbor.
The Jewish Community Center is located off Stone School road between Ellsworth and Eisenhower. We usually meet in the gym but due to availability, check in at the reception desk for Jam location.

Join us for a 1/2 hour of laughing for no reason except to your health. Laughter yoga uses exercises to simply laugh, stretch and breathe for positive well-being. Laughter circle plays off everyone attending so we need your joyous spirit. Set yourself in a positive happy state to conquer the week ahead.
