Pay What You Can Yoga Spirited Vinyasa Mondays 6:15pm-7:30 pm & Thursdays 9:30-10:45 am. In these classes you will use breath, movement and mindfulness to stoke your inner fire and cultivate strength that is free from tension. Find your peaceful power and fluid balance. As always, we are grateful for your support in any way it comes and you can use class cards for these classes. We are happy to make yoga available to those who might not otherwise be able to share with us. Bring a mug and enjoy a warm cup of tea in the fireplace room after class.
