Yoga for emotional balance is a hatha yoga class aimed toward promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. This class is a journey towards self- discovery. Basic yoga postures, philosophy, breath work and relaxation methods are taught to promote grace, flexibility, strength, balance, coping skills and stress reduction. This a gentle, slow moving class appropriate for beginners or those who already have a practice but want to focus more on self-healing, body alignment, and relaxation. Each yoga class is structured to fit the needs of the students. Modifications are provided and encouraged. Healing music and inspirational readings are incorporated into each class.
Yoga for Emotional Balance is a 14-week class that meets on Monday evenings from 6 - 7:30 pm.

This retreat provides an opportunity to deepen meditation practice, provide perspective, and allow experience of our true nature. Seated and walking meditation, dharma talks, work practice, rest, and a delicious vegetarian lunch. Retreat runs from 9am to 5pm, cost is $60.
