Stroller Strides Community Class: Fit4Mom.

  community member   < less

Every 2nd Friday of the month we host a free community Stroller Strides class for any mamas and their little ones to come out and join us for a free workout.
Stroller Strides Ann Arbor is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes intervals of cardio, strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors (who are also moms), it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. This unique program also provides moms with the opportunity to meet other moms, engage in playgroups with their babies, and to form lasting friendships. Stroller Strides is designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!"

Goddess Flow: Yoga in Honor of the Divine Feminine: Hygeia Center for Healing Arts.

community member   < less Hygeia Logo

Hygeia Center for Healing Arts invites you to honor your divine female energy in this vinyasa style yoga class that celebrates the Goddess within and around us. Each week, we will move through six posture flows accompanied by music dedicated to the Goddess. Posture flows will be repeated throughout the session so that each yogini can increase her awareness of breath, movement, and body thus moving deeper into her core essence which is divine in nature. Class is held in a warm, supportive environment with inspirational readings, meditation, relaxation and time for reflection incorporated. Some previous yoga experience is recommended. Come celebrate, share and delight in yourself and the Goddess through yoga!
Goddess Flow Yoga class meets on the second Saturday of the month from 9:00-10:15 am.
Class is limited to 10 participants. Please register to reserve your space.
