Introduction to Yoga Workshop: Chelsea Bird Yoga & Hoard Studios.

A 4 day, one month long introduction to Yoga. We'll meet every Wednesday morning for one hour to relax and become more aware of your body & mind. Basic Pranayama (yogic breath), Asana (yoga postures), and Vinyasa (yoga flow sequences) will be covered. By the end of the month, you'll have the knowledge to start your own home yoga practice, and the confidence to attend classes at your local studio. This workshop is geared toward beginning yogis, but intermediate and advanced practitioners are also welcome.
$100
Please bring your own yoga mat. Let me know if you'd like any recommendations!
Limited to 4 students, $25 drop-ins welcome if there is space.
