Drop in and enjoy playing with your little one(s) (ages 6 months - 3 years welcome) in our cheerful safe play space. We will have lots of toys for all ages to play with. There's a slide, kitchen, ride-on toys and tons of other options. We'll even be bringing in the swings and Jump-a-roo for the little ones.
This is an open play session. Parents/caregivers supervise and socialize. Bring a friend, bring the kids and let them play while you get a chance to chat or meet new friends while you are here.
Coffee and healthy snacks available for $1 each.
If you are bringing more than one child to play, please call our office at (734)973-1014 to pre-register or plan to pay at the door. Credit, checks and cash accepted.

Quit Tobacco Program-Starts January 6, 2014
This six-week tobacco treatment group offered by the U-M Health System's MHealthy Tobacco Consultation Service starts Monday, January 6, from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon at 2025 Traverwood Drive, Suite A3, Ann Arbor. Program covers preparing to quit, how quitting affects your body, tobacco treatment medications, setting a quit date, how to live free of tobacco, and relapse prevention. Aerial Silks are an exciting and beautiful circus art involving two long fabric "ribbons" which a performer does tricks in. Also known as aerial dance, this art is a great way to develop strength, coordination, flexibility, spatial awareness, and confidence. Kids in grades 6-12 are welcome to attend this series of after school classes designed specifically for young people. Younger people are welcome to observe a class to see if they're ready. No experience necessary!

Partner Acrobatics: Ringstar Studio.

Partner Acrobatics (often referred to as AcroYoga, or Acro) offers an exploration into partner dynamics, through balance postures and movement. We will be working on supporting (basing) and flying in a variety of postures, learning how to use (as well as develop) strength, stability and balance. Each class will offer a focus on different moves, allowing you to slowly build up your repertoire.
If you have never tried anything like this, don't worry, this class is meant to be for everyone. We will gladly walk you through the basics. Now remember, this class is all about having fun and possibly learning something about yourself in the process. It will be available on a drop-in basis, until there is enough interest to develop into a progressive series. The cost will be $15/class, or $50/month. You can come solo, or with a partner. Yoga for emotional balance is a hatha yoga class aimed toward promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. This class is a journey towards self- discovery. Basic yoga postures, philosophy, breath work and relaxation methods are taught to promote grace, flexibility, strength, balance, coping skills and stress reduction. This a gentle, slow moving class appropriate for beginners or those who already have a practice but want to focus more on self-healing, body alignment, and relaxation. Each yoga class is structured to fit the needs of the students. Modifications are provided and encouraged. Healing music and inspirational readings are incorporated into each class.
Yoga for Emotional Balance is a 14-week class that meets on Monday evenings from 6 - 7:30 pm.
