This class is designed for beginners and low intermediate players who wish to improve their declarer and defensive play. The class will run with students shuffling, dealing and playing 7-9 hands per session. Hands will be analyzed after completion to review the bidding, play and defense. Instructor will guide declarer on each hand as to the best plan and strategy to succeed. No book needed. Students may either pay for all 10 weeks at the start or pay as they go using the drop-in fee. Practicing yoga during this time can help to relax the mind, strengthen the body, alleviate discomfort and support the growing bond between a mother and her baby. Gentle yoga poses combined with breath are taught to bring awareness to the changes in the body that occur during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the postpartum period.
