It's hard to find anyone to speak on record about what happened to Piatto di Pasta in Stone Plaza. Nearby business owners are reluctant to pile on Michael DeCola, who had high hopes for his take-out pasta shop, and reportedly lost a lot of money on a business that was open for less than six months. The consensus is that he just wasn't a good fit with the day-to-day demands of restaurant work.    (end of</p>
