Going Blue

Painting the "777" building

From the April, 2017 issue

A handful of the beige-colored panels framing the windows of the iconic building at 777 E. Eisenhower Pkwy. have mysteriously turned gray--but that's only the beginning of a dramatic visual transformation. The gray panels are test patches of primer, applied last fall in advance of a full exterior repaint this spring that will turn the structure blue.
