Love Culture opened on the JCPenney side of Briarwood Mall in late June. Employees of the “on-trend cute cheap” women’s and teen clothing store were friendly but insisted they could not give any statements to the press.
Love Culture replaced competitor Wet Seal in a section of the mall that seems to be aimed straight at teens and trends: it’s wedged between Windsor (dresses) and PINK (the teen offshoot of Victoria’s Secret) and right across from Spencer’s gifts and Vans shoes; Buckle and Forever 21 are a few stores over.
