Carolyn McNagny is moving her Bumble’s Dry Goods gift shop from W. Middle St. to River Gallery’s former space on Main St. and hopes to open at the new location in September. “I’d run out of room,” explains McNagny of the space she’d had for five years. “There was so much more I wanted to carry.” She says the new location is about three times the size, and “I love the green and black tile and big windows.”
McNagny carries only American-made products–and says she’s looking forward to adding to an already eclectic selection with home goods and clothing, as well as larger kitchen and jewelry sections. She’ll have a “huge variety of ceramics,” including Motawi tiles, and will feature Michigan-made foods.
