"Ann Arbor?" the burly, bundled-up cop replied. "I used to date her. About forty, isn't she?"

The Ann Arbor woman didn't miss a beat. "Actually, she's quite a bit older-more like a hundred and fifty, maybe older, I think."

"She didn't look that old," the cop insisted. Then, with a nod, he was off, leaving the two illegal parkers relieved and ticketless.    (end of article)
