WCC Welcomes Chinese Educators for Cultural Exchange
Washtenaw Community College students enjoy a conversation with Chinese educators at a reception on campus June 10. Two presidents and four vice presidents from vocational and technical colleges across China are visiting WCC to learn about the vocational and technical training programs at the college. WCC is one of only three community colleges across the country singled out for a visit this year as part of the Vocational Education Leadership Training Program VELT coordinated by the American Association of Community Colleges and the China Education Association for International Exchange. The Chinese delegation is in Ann Arbor through June 23.
